Buhler’s excellent reputation for its on-the-job training programs is what brought Chadi Amer to Buhler in the first place. “I have never regretted taking this step and I am very happy to be working at Buhler. My work environment is great”, he says. After completing his initial training in machine assembly, the Palestinian then took evening classes to continue his education in business technology.His postings led Chadi Amer from working on internal assemblies to being a customer service specialist. As a SAP tech support provider, Chadi Amer has traveled to Moscow and London. Since May 2009 he has been working as Quotation Project Manager for the Grain Handling business unit. His sphere of responsibilities and globally spanning activities are what Chadi Amer likes the most about his job. He also sees many opportunities for his own future development, thanks to the numerous training and continuing education programs that Buhler offers. Currently, the former assemblyman aspires to a management position at Buhler.
