Bühler Innovation Partners 2012.

Future growth needs strong partners.

The key to our success has always been innovation. It has given us a competitive advantage over the past 150 years. To continue this innovation success we would like to find new partners with whom we can better meet the challenges of our changing world. With this intent we launch our first supplier partnership innovation challenge. We hope to identify 3 win-win innovation opportunities to start implementation in 2012.

General questions
Furthermore, your idea should meet these general questions:

  • What is the energy efficiency benefit of this proposal?
  • What advantage will it bring to the market place?
  • What do you gain from partnering with Bühler?
  • What does Bühler gain from partnering with you?
  • Do both partners generate more business and how?
  • Is the proposed business sustainable?
  • Why is this better as a partnership?

Topics of Interest

We are looking for ideas that help make Bühler processes more energy efficient. In particular we focus on electrical and thermal energy, but ideas improving efficiency for other resources are also welcome.

01 April - 31 May 2012
Evaluation and selection of 10 candidates

Supplier Presentation Period:
June 2012
Selected suppliers will present their business proposals

Decision on 3 Supplier Innovation Partners:
29 June 2012
