Because of the changing needs of our customers we are continually reviewing our business objectives and a number of promotional opportunities have been identified by this process.
Conditions of employment.
To help our employees meet the demands of their work and family life, we have introduced flexible working. Employees must be at work during the core periods but they may vary the start and end of their working day. We have a staff restaurant on site that provides sandwiches, snacks and meals at subsidised prices. Buhler Sortex will match employees’ contributions up to 5% of salary to a Group Personal Pension Plan. Holiday entitlement is 25 days for a full year’s service.
