Buhler’s micro proportioning process enables higher operational flexibility, productivity and accuracy because it mitigates errors and wastage while capturing operational data.A uniform mixing of ingredients directly impacts the performance of the end products, such as feed pellets, premixes and ready mixes. Buhler’s mixing process technology ensures a qualitatively excellent homogeneity (CV) of no greater than 5 % at a mixing ratio of 1:100,000 methyl violet at large capacities and with top sanitation.
