PML 2.

The PML 2 is the optimal solution for the development of innovative wet grinding processes. The core piece is a robust and powerful drive and control unit which can be combined with different process units tailored to specific applications. If for true grinding applications, metal-free dispersion of electronic materials or nano applications – the PML 2 is the right solution.

Wide range of applications due to modular design

  • The PML 2 is suitable for products of low to medium viscosity.
  • It enables horizontal and vertical operation.

Full volume, annular chamber and nano mill

  • Process units are available in the executions Centex™ as full volume disc mill, SuperFlow™ 4 as high-performance annular mill for recirculation grinding and MicroMedia™ L as nano mill for micro beads of 20 to 400 μm.
  • The grinding chamber volume varies from the nano mill MicroMedia™ L with 50 ml to the full volume mill Centex™ S2 with 0.85 l.

Reproducibility of test parameters

  • The PREMIUM version can be operated with the data logging system WinTrend allowing continuous process monitoring and ensuring reproducible processes.

Various materials for process units

  • The process units are available in many different ceramic, synthetic and hardened steel executions.
