C-line® Belt Cooler – optimal pasta cooling with permanent temperature and dew point monitoring.

- Optimized cooling performance without condensation
- Meets strictest hygiene demands
- Flexible range of coolers via modular design

C-line® Belt Cooler.

Buhler's C-line® belt cooler is used for cooling short goods prior to storage in a silo. It is clearly separated from the dryer. In this way, climate can be controlled optimally and energy consumption can be kept low. During pasta cooling, controlled exhaust air aspiration provides for a low dew point. The water inlet temperature is controlled in such a way that it cannot go below the dew point temperature. This process results in optimal cooling without condensation. The open design of the cooler's bottom section also allows for efficient cleaning. Outstanding reliability through climate separation and dew point monitoring.
Automatic dew point monitoring allows for the best possible cooling performance without condensation. Separation from the dryer also ensures low energy consumption.

C-line® belt cooler – clean and reliable.
Electronic monitoring of the dew point and gentle conveying of the product ensure that the interior is dry and dust-free and allow the unit to be cleaned efficiently. Thus, the C-line® belt cooler meets the strictest hygiene demands.

Flexible range of coolers thanks to modular design.
Because the belt cooler employs a modular design, a standardized yet comprehensive series of models is available to cover the entire capacity range. The optimal coordination of cooler modules and monoblock units results in a highly flexible range of coolers.
