Control Sieve MKSA.

Buhler's control sieve MKSA is employed primarily for bag dump hoppers in the check-sieving of dry food-stuffs and additives. It is applied in grain mills, large-scale bakeries, feed and foodstuff enterprises. Vibrator for high throughput capacity.
The control sieve MKSA features a practical design: A side-mounted vibrator generates a gyratory motion, loosening the material and thus preparing it ideally for sieving. This en-sures a high throughput – e.g. up to 6 t/h for bakery flour, up to 10 t/h for skimmed milk powder or up to 15 t/h for salt.

Various sieve covers provide high flexibility.

  • Different sieve fabrics made of polyester or stainless steel wire with varying mesh sizes allow the control sieve MKSA to be adapted precisely to meet specific material and application requirements.
  • Components that come in contact with the material are made of powder-coated mild steel or stainless steel as desired. This expands the range of applications even further: The control sieve can e.g. also be employed in situations with stricter hygiene requirements.

Efficient discharge for optimal sanitation.

  • The loosening of the material results in faster discharge from the dump hopper. Since this results in only minimal material residue, optimal sanitation is ensured.
  • The leakproof connection of the control sieve with the dump hopper prevents the whirling up of dust. This contributes further to good sanitation and also prevents material loss.
