Short extraction times- Modern servo technology allows for very precise gripping and extracting of the cast parts and free programming of the speeds allows for short cycle times.
- Gripping, transverse movement and swiveling occur pneumatically and allow for well-positioned depositing of the parts.

- The movements are programmed on a touch screen attached to the device’s control unit.
- A graphical user interface makes the device easy to use during production.
- The system is quickly ready for operation after a change in production since the absolute stroke indicators on the drives eliminate any effort needed for referencing when the system starts up.

- BuhlEx S can be used on die casting machines from any manufacturer. A digital interface ensures that communication is trouble-free.
