BuhlSpray radial.

• BuhlSpray radial is integrated into the Buhler casting cell control system and follows the operating philosophy of the die casting machine. This makes it easy to use during production and refitting and also saves in costs for additional training. 
• The spraying programs are applied through the Datanet control system screen or through a simple manual control unit. 
• Thanks to the individually adjustable installation height and the linear, vertical stroke movement within the die area, the sprayer applies the spraying agent in the best way possible.

High degree of availability

• The application of servo technology allows for the free-programming of the stroke and provides for a high degree of accuracy in positioning. This ensures a constant spraying process. 
• Thanks to absolute stroke indicators on the drives, any efforts needed for referencing when production starts up are eliminated, so that the casting system is ready for operation quickly.
