Fine Impact Mill MJPB.

The fine impact mill MJPB is conceived for increasing the fines content and for controlled particle size distribution (flour micronizing) in use with milling products such as flour and bran as well as intermediate products like semolinas and middlings. Its range of applications stretches from a purely supplemental role in grinding to a stand-alone passage in grain milling. Optimization of the grinding process thanks to high speeds.
With the fine impact mill MJPB, the grinding process can be optimized efficiently:
  • Thanks to its high speeds, the fine impact mill MJPB achieves an intensive impacting effect – thereby increasing the fine particles content.
  • In certain cases, the impact mill can be employed as a stand-alone passage replacing a complete grinding step of a roller mill – with corresponding cost savings.

Precise control of the particle size distribution through speed regulation.
The speed of the impact mill can be regulated via frequency inverted motor drive. This allows for exact regulation of the impacting effect and thus precise control of the particle size distribution.
