Homogenizer DPSD.

Buhler is a leading manufacturer of food processing and animal feed processing equipment. The Buhler homogenizer DPSD is specifically designed as animal feed processing equipment, but also applied in the biomass industry. It is used for the homogeneous mixing of steam and liquids into dry materials. In the feed milling industry such materials include fats, molasses, water, oils, vinasses and more. Liquid addition is possible up to 10 %. The homogenizer DPSD is available in two versions for capacities of 60 or 120 m³/h. Flexible application for optimal results.
The homogenizer DPSD can be flexibly installed where it is most advantageous for a specific feed mill. For instance, installing the homogenizer ahead of the main mixer allows for intensive inclusion of the liquid, the addition of up to three fluids at the same time and a smaller contamination risk.

Easy maintenance through top design.
The large inspection door ensures easy cleaning and maintenance of the homogenizer. The mixing paddles of chilled cast iron result in a long service life.

Intelligent features offer superior safety.
The homogenizer DPSD comes as standard with a shaft speed detector and safety limit switches to ensure maximum operating safety.
