Indent Separator Tristar MTRI.

The indent separator Tristar MTRI is applied for removing and grading round and long grains from granular products. In particular, it is used in grain mills and seed treatment installations for cleaning different grain varieties such as wheat, rice, oats, barley, etc. In addition to grain cleaning, another field of application of this separator is grading by length of foreign products such as plastic pellets. Excellent separating efficiency for optimal degree of separation.

  • On the basis of a wide selection of pocket sizes, the pockets can be tailored exactly to the needs of the product to be separated.
  • The separating trough of the indent separator Tristar MTRI can be continuously (infinitely) varied. This, as well as the adjustable retarding device of the long-grain separator, allows the separating efficiency to be controlled.
  • For elevated separating requirements, both the round-grain and the long-grain separator can be combined with various combination of final resorters .

  • Depending on the specific application, the MTRI can be applied in a wide variety of combinations and variations, for example as a round-grain/long-grain separator or as a round-grain/long-grain final separator. Moreover, all separator models can also be applied as stand-alone units.
  • Beside offering a high degree of installation flexibility – both in new buildings and in rebuilds – the modular design of the indent separator Tristar also boasts a wide range of throughput capacities of up to 32 t/h.
