Buhler offers the ship unloader Portanova RSKP for efficient materials handling in port installations. It is suitable for handling fine- and coarse-grained as well as mealy and floury materials such as grain, oilseeds, derivatives, and animal feeds. This high-capacity ship unloader achieves throughput rates of up to 300 metric tons per hour, making it the ideal choice for unloading vessels up to 60,000 DWT. The Portanova RSKP is available in a stationary variant and in various mobile versions. Reliable technology for dependable operation.
  • The airlock of the ship unloader Portanova RSKP is equipped with an enclosed rotor and wear plates. This ensures trouble-free product separation from the conveying air.
  • A rotary piston blower is applied for generating the air stream. It maintains a constant conveying air velocity and thus ensures a uniform unloading rate.

  • Rugged, low-wear conveying pipes in conjunction with basalt-lined pipe elbows (bends) produce substantial maintenance benefits.
