Our wide range of technical knowledge and customized solutions can also be used to update older machines to state-of-the-art. Our range of services comprises both complete and partial overhauling of die casting machines. This includes overhauling closing units, shot units, and hydraulic and control systems, as well as upgrading as needed to comply with required legal safety standards.

An overhaul also results in increased functionality and expansion of automation. All installed parts are compatible with standard Bühler components, so service and spare parts supply are available long-term.

Thanks to years of experience and a leading role in die casting technologies, Bühler is also able to overhaul non-Bühler machines in a competent and professional manner.
