Bühler appoints Turk International as Oxylink™ distributor in Western USA
10/05/2011 Uzwil - Bühler expands its distribution network for Oxylink™. Turk International will represent the product line in the Western States of the USA. The new partner specializes in international innovative raw materials for the paints and coatings industry. Turk International will use its dynamic team to strengthen and expand the Oxylink™ business of the Bühler Nanotechnology business unit in this territory. Bühler and Turk International have signed a distribution agreement for the additive series Oxylink™. Turk will represent the specialty additive in its territory, the Western States of the USA. Oxylink™ is an innovative dispersion-based additive designed for waterborne resin systems, such as coatings, paints, inks, adhesives, and sealants. The product is manufactured by the Nanotechnology business unit of Bühler and targets industrial producers. With Turk, Bühler has found a distributor with high technical competence for specialty chemical raw materials. Oxylink™ is a mineral cross linking additive for 1-component waterborne resins that improves parameters such as solvent resistance, blocking resistance, humidity resistance, and drying time.
