The board of directors of Bühler AG and Bühler Holding AG has seven members.They are elected for a three-year term of office. The age limit is 70 years.
Dr. Konrad Hummler

Graduated in Law from the University of Zurich and in Economic Science from the U.S. University of Rochester. In 1989, Dr. Hummler moved to Wegelin & Co. Private Bankers, St. Gallen, where he has been partner with unlimited liability since 1991. In addition to his bank activities, Dr. Hummler is Member of the Board of various companies, including Neue Zürcher Zeitung (NZZ) and the German Stock Exchange.
Dr. Konrad Hummler has been a member of the board of Bühler AG since 2010.
