Buhler in India

Buhler has had its own affiliate in India since 1992. It is located in Attibele, near Bangalore, the capital of the Federal State of Karnataka. Today, the company has more than 300 employees and is one of the fastest-growing affiliates of the Buhler Group.

Buhler India offers the complete product and service portfolio of Buhler. It is India’s market leader in the supply of rice processing systems, flour mills, color sorters, and feed manufacturing plants.

As Buhler India attaches the utmost importance to excellence in training, it has set up the so-called Buhler Academy. The goal of the Academy is to foster talents for Buhler and its customers and to offer them top-class training opportunities.

Among other things, the Buhler Academy is involved in the vocational training cooperation project called “Swiss-Indian Vocational Training and Training Initiative VET”. In this, Buhler India collaborates closely with the Swiss government, the Swiss industry association Swissmem, the State Government of Karnataka, and the Swiss Indian Chamber of Commerce.
