Buhler manufacturing services
Services for polymer processing systems include manufacturing in its own European and Asian facilities, global sourcing, automation and electronics, final assembly and complete logistics. Using Buhler know-how, manufacturing facilities, specifications and optimized logistics helps maintain the always consistent Buhler quality standard.
Plant building services
Buhler provides experienced site administrators, supervisors and engineers. To control the duration of construction, the company furnishes a complete and detailed construction schedule, including third-party and local tasks. The scope of construction services includes but is not limited to site administration, construction manual, supervision and inspection of construction.
After the installation is complete and inspected, Buhler assists in the start-up and commissioning of the plant. This assistance also includes plant operation, training of operation personnel and operations optimization. Afterwards Buhler continues to support the customer and take care of the installed plant throughout its whole life cycle.
