Buhler operates its own analytical laboratory. It is an important center of competence for Buhler as well as for its customers. The laboratory is key for developing new and advanced processes.The Buhler laboratory conducts numerous chemical, physical, microscopic and bulk materials analyses and offers extensive consulting services. The laboratory – originally a technological development laboratory – conducts analyses on the basis of internationally acknowledged methods.
Compared to manufacturing plants, which usually test only the base parameters of the polymers, the Buhler laboratory utilizes techniques and machines that test the full spectrum of parameters.
