Buhler offers its automatic bag closing station MWTV/G/S for the automatic sealing of open-mouth bags made of paper or plastic. It can be employed for the leak-tight, automatic stitching of all open-mouth bags made from rigid materials such as paper or plastic sheeting. It can handle bagged weights ranging from 20 to 50 kg and empty bag widths of 400 to 620 mm.High performance in packing thanks to sophisticated technology.
The bag closing station MWTV comprises several additional units that are mountable on a sturdy tie bar construction, offering a variety of adjustment options. With the bag spreader MWTG, for example, each bag transported from the bagging station onto the bag stitching conveyor is spread prior to stitching. With the help of Buhler's highly sophisticated, high performance technology, the system is capable of closing up to 14 open-mouth bags per minute.
Bag folding device provides for outstanding hygiene.
With the bag folding device MWTS, the upper edge of the bag is folded over before the bag is stitched closed. This closing system guarantees excellent leak-tightness with all simple-stitched paper and plastic bags of sufficient rigidity. This in turn ensures outstanding bagging hygiene – a key advantage especially in the processing of dust-laden materials.
