BuhlEx.

BuhlEx is a reliable device for extracting parts and for efficient use in integrated Buhler die-casting cells. The sturdy design and simple construction of the device are key to the high degree of availability of the casting cell. BuhlEx is well-suited for use in machines with a locking force of up to 1,400 t.

Short extraction times

  • Modern servo technology allows for very precise gripping and extracting of the cast parts. 
  • Free programming of the speeds allows for short extraction times. 
  • Gripping, transverse movement and swiveling occur pneumatically and allow for well-positioned depositing of the parts.

Easy to use 

  • The device is integrated in the Buhler casting cell control system and follows the operating philosophy of the die casting machine. This makes it easy to use during production and refitting and also saves in costs for additional training.
