The temperature difference between the product and the saturated steam is maintained constant at an extremely low level. For this purpose, the temperature and saturated steam are permanently monitored. The low moisture absorption by the product prevents any shell peeling when processing nut products. Moreover, the taste and color of the raw product are retained. The result: a pasteurized end product without any quality loss.
Precise control for a wide product range.
Accurate control of the process parameters allows the water condensation at the product surface to be precisely controlled. This, in turn, enables the process to be applied for a large number of different products.
