Drum sieve MKZM

Careful preliminary cleaning of grain or animal feeds reduces the wear and tear on the downstream equipment in the production process. The Buhler drum sieve MKZM reliably removes straw fragments, bag tapes, paper, pieces of wood, or corn (maize) cobs from fine- and coarse-grained bulk materials. This makes it an indispensable piece of equipment in materials receiving (intake) sections of bulk storage and transfer facilities or in processing plants such as grain mills, animal feed production plants, and rice mills. The different drum screens with holes ranging in size from 10 to 60 mm are capable of achieving throughputs as high as 500 metric tons per hour. Dependable cleaning thanks to different screen versions.

  • The enclosed design of the drum sieve MKZM and an aspiration connection ensure that also the surroundings of the machine will always remain clean. This reduces the time required for cleaning the plant.

About Bühler Schmidt-Seeger

Since September 2010 the company Schmidt-Seeger belongs to the Bühler Group. Now that the integration has been completed, the company appears since January 2012 solely under the name Bühler GmbH. Bühler GmbH has its headquarter still in Beilngries north of Munich. A further manufacturing plant is located in Döbeln near Dresden.
