Glutomatic MKLG.

The gluten content, as well as the gluten quality, play a decisive role in determining the characteristics of dough used in the making of bread and all kinds of pasta. The Glutomatic MKLG analyzes the gluten in flours quickly and efficiently. It provides for the classification of wheat varieties for the production of flour and semolina blends tailored exactly to the customer’s requirements. The results of the analysis allow bakeries to optimize their process control.   • The Glutomatic MKLG is used throughout the world for determining gluten content and quality.
  • Measurement is carried out in accordance with the relevant standards AACC/No. 38-12, ICC/No. 137/1, 155 & 158, ISO 7973 and GAFTA Method 34:2.
