Stratopact® Huller BSSA.

Buhler's Stratopact® huller BSSA delivers a high level of hulling degree while simultaneously minimizing the amount of brokens. In grain milling, it is applied for the efficient and economical hulling of oats, soybeans, spelt and sunflower seeds. Efficient hulling process delivers top quality materials.
  • The special hulling process employing guide vanes in the rotor system ensures the maximum degree of product hulling while minimizing breakage. 
  • Because the frequency converter allows for flexible and stepless adjustment of the rotor speed, the unit can be adapted quickly and precisely to meet the hulling properties of a given raw material.

  • The Stratopact® huller BSSA delivers high throughput capacity – up to 3 t/h depending on the product and desired hulling efficiency. 
  • In addition to the overall high quality of the material grade, the exclusive use of highly wear-resistant, food-quality construction materials for all structural components exposed to the extremely abrasive raw materials guarantees a long service life of all parts. 
  • The long service life of the impact ring results in only short interruptions in production, leading to maximum efficiency.
