Automatic palletizer MWPY.

Buhler offers its automatic palletizer MWPY for the optimal stacking of bags and containers. The palletizer is equipped with a load shifting system and is capable of handling up to 20 bags or containers per minute. It is suitable for handling units weighing between 10 kg and 50 kg. High stack quality – safe transportation.
  • Pressing of each stack layer on all sides produces high-quality loaded pallets. 
  • Pattern forming on the automatic palletizer MWPY is carried out by a rotary platform and transverse-belt drive. Thanks to the excellent inherent stability offered, safe transportation of the loaded pallets is ensured.

Flexibility thanks to modular design.

  • Fully automatic rearrangement of the bag patterns at the push of a button increases the flexibility of application of this machine.
  • Thanks to its modular design, the automatic palletizer MWPY can be installed in a wide variety of different configurations. This enables the location to be selected to suit the specific application and logistics situation.
