Buhler Nanotechnology has profound know-how in development and production of tailor-made nanoparticle dispersions. Buhler nanotechnology specialists are world wide available and happy to consult individually and competently in this field. You are welcome to use the competence of Buhler's development center at Buhler PARTEC GmbH in Saarbrücken, Germany. On demand, customized samples of nanodispersions are developed and available on a fee base. In collaboration with you, a dedicated development team defines targets and milestones after a comprehensive discussion and analysis of your requirements. This provides you with a unique performance additive exactly customized to your requirements and allows you to realize a powerful product differentiation in the marketplace. 

Buhler Nanotechnology has already developed the following systems to a highly advanced level:

  • Colloidal TiO2 in water (high photocatalytic activity)
  • TiO2 (rutile) in water (low photocatalytic activity)
  • Cationically stabilized Silica in water (amino-functionalized)
  • Silica in acrylic monomers (e.g., HDDA or other UV-curable systems)
  • ZrO2 in water
  • ZnO in iso-propanol
  • Al2O3 in water, anionically stabilized, pH 7-8.
