Vibro-Discharger MFVH.

Buhler offers its vibro-discharger MFVH for the dependable discharge of free-flowing to extremely non-free-flowing bulk materials from concrete, steel and plastic bins. The MFVH ensures segregation-free, complete discharge of round, square and rectangular bins. Optimized design provides excellent sanitation.
  • The geometry of all parts that come in contact with the product has been optimized to ensure smooth material flow. This enables complete, segregation-free discharge.
  • The discharger has been conceived in a way that reduces dust accumulation and the formation of enclosed hollow spaces to a minimum. Thus, residue deposits are largely eliminated – for the best possible material purity.

Compact vibrator for low energy consumption.
The discharger MFVH is equipped with a compact vibrator. This leads to minimized energy consumption.

Minimal maintenance required thanks to sturdy design.

  • All bearings are lubricated for their entire service life. Additional lubrication as part of routine maintenance is not required.
  • Maintenance-free system components are one outstanding feature of the robust design of the vibro-discharger MFVH. Time invested in maintenance is thus reduced to a minimum.
