Intake and pre-cleaning

1

The foundation of good milling

Pre-cleaning is key for an efficient and safe milling process. Grain contains impurities and foreign materials. If you remove these before storage, you can extend the service life of your machinery and provide hygienic storage conditions for your grain.

Cleaning

2

Preparation is half the job

Use the cleaning section to remove impurities, defective material and contaminants, including fungus. We offer both mechanical and optical sorting machines.

Dehulling

3

Machines designed for pulses

We offer DRHG Pulsroll  designed exclusively for the processing of pulses. These minimize brokens and produce different finishes for different types of pulses.

Pearling and Polishing

4

For speck-free semolina

Pearling decreases bran and ash content, producing virtually speck-free semolina. It removes the outermost layers of hull, separating up to 10% of the kernel. Pearling also increases food safety by reducing microbiological contamination.

Sorting

5

Optical-electronic sorting

Bean defects can ruin the flavor of your coffee. Our optical-electronic sorting solutions remove all coffee bean defects, even those that cannot be removed in mechanical cleaning steps. With a Sortex machine you achieve highest degrees of purity.
