Pre-cleaning is key for an efficient and safe milling process. Grain contains impurities and foreign materials. If you remove these before storage, you can extend the service life of your machinery and provide hygienic storage conditions for your grain.
Remove contaminants, impurities, defective material and fungal contaminations in the cleaning section. You can use mechanical sorting machines and a scourer, which removes the outer hull of the grain.
In the milling section, you separate the endosperm from the hull and germ and process it into flour. After each roller mill, sifters separate the ground parts. Bran finishers and purifiers improve the separation process. This process produces different flours, bran, germ, and semolina.
You can pelletize separated or processed products such as bran, gluten, or distiller's dried grains with solubles (DDGS). These are valuable by-products. Pelletization makes it easier to handle them and helps to prevent damage.
The finished products are either bagged or loaded in bulk. Here it is important to handle the starch gently. Precise dosing and weighing are also key. We offer a wide range of manual and fully automated loading and bagging systems.
