The hands-on training will take place on a cracker line where you will identify machine components and learn about adjustments and maintenance. You will mix cracker dough to get a general understanding of cracker products. You will learn about different machine setups and how to start a cracker line, using all of the parameters on HMI panels. We will start the oven to adjust the process and evaluate the product quality. Every training course can be adapted to your individual requirements.
Limited working experience in cracker manufacturing, eagerness to learn about cracker technology
Mikkel Birck joined our company in 2018. He will share with you his substantial knowledge in mechanics, electronics and pneumatics. Mikkel has been training staff members for more than 10 years, and he looks forward to training operators and maintenance personnel to help them maximize performance and equipment competence.
