Speakers

Lars Guldager

Application Technology, Bühler

Lars Guldager is Chef, food technologist and food engineer. He is working at our Biscuit Innovation Centre in Copenhagen, Denmark. Lars has over 30 years of experience in the food industry including +20 years with Haas-Meincke/Bühler. He has previously also worked for both Chr. Hansen and different high class restaurants.

He is – among others – specialised in the development and production of deposited, wire cut, extruded, encrusted and rotary moulded biscuits and cookies.

Lars uses his skills and experience to help customers in product development and training. Besides that, he is also involved in commissioning of cake-/cookie-/biscuit production lines – manufactured on state-of-the-art Buhler processing systems – all over the world.

Sune Knudsen

International Sales Manager, Bühler

Sune Knudsen has worked in the role as Sales Manager and Key Account Manager in Bühler’s CF Biscuit division for the last 15 years specializing in complete process solutions for cookies, cakes and crackers. His current role is as International Sales Manager supporting the local Bühler offices in technical sales in North and South America and Latin Europe.

Kevin Knott

Technical Sales Manager, Bühler

Kevin is a graduate Mechanical Engineer form Sheffield Hallamshire University in UK, and has been in a Technical Role in the Baking Industry both sides of the Atlantic since 1984. His current role is as a Technical Sales Manager within the Bühler CF division with a good knowledge of the Mixing, forming and baking of Cookies, crackers, wafers and many Bakery products, he has had this role for the past 11 years.
