The continuous mixing process is based on a twin-screw mixer, which combines the basic operations of continuous raw material dosing, pre-mixing, kneading, fine-dispersing and degassing in a single device.
The process consists of controlled continuous dosing of all your liquid and solid components and micro distribution of the solid particles in the liquid phase. This achieves the required homogeneity at macroscopic and microscopic levels in less than a minute rather than the hours commonly required.
Our quality control expert system QuaLiB enables inline monitoring and controlling of process parameters. This will give you advanced process insight and control, improved recipe accuracies and raw material traceability.
