Setting up Ecoline S series

This course will teach you how to set up your Ecoline S or Ecoline S Pro cell.

This hands-on course includes: 

• The principles of die casting 
•  How to operate and program your Ecoline and its peripherals independently
•  Structure and function of Ecoline S Series die-casting machine
• Know-how for preventive maintenance
• Safety of operation
• Programming and settings for the machine and the die 
• Practical training with casting trials
• Process monitoring and diagnostics
• Identifying malfunctions in the process and on the machine

By the end you will be able to set up and adjust the machine with confidence. You will also be able to handle diagnostics and malfunctions faster, leading to less downtime and increased cell availability.

This course requires a basic knowledge of our machines and how to implement their settings.
