Low maintenance
We have reduced cleaning and maintenance by 30%. We have increased maintenance intervals due to a long lasting Poly-V drive belt and bearing assemblies, which need less lubrication. The NovaPur sieve stacks are also designed for easy cleaning.
Flexible sifter modules
Choose from modules of 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 sifter compartments. This modular concept means you can adjust the number of modules you need or add more at a later date.
High food safety standards
Insulation on walls and doors prevents condensation. Key elements are made out of stainless steel and polyurethane, with no screw fasteners. An automatic reclamping system for the sieve stacks keeps them tight and prevents cross-contamination.

NovaPur sieve stacks

Clean, hygienic design

We make our NovaPur sieve stacks with a polyurethane (PUR) frame and stainless steel inlay frame. There are no wooden parts, screws or nails in the product areas. This helps guarantee safe, unadulterated grain-based products. The sieve stacks are also easier to clean. Only very small amounts of flour residues remain in the sieves, this helps reduce cleaning by up to 60%.
