Lifting device retrofit for Huller MHSA 1st generation

With the new retrofit package, you can upgrade the lifting unit of your 1st generation huller to the status of our new 2nd generation huller MHSA. This upgrade results in a significantly more homogeneous wear of the impact ring, whereby up to three times longer service lives can be achieved.

How it works.

A frequency converter in the lifting device enables a continuous up-and-down motion of the impact ring. This form of movement improves the impact distribution and allows a significantly more homogeneous wear of the impact ring. Thereby up to three times longer service lives can be achieved.

The rotor lines up the product so that it strikes the impact ring horizontally and at optimum speed. The husk is consistently separated from the kernel – with minimum breakage.

Payback period between 5 and 7 months

The results of our field tests show that with an investment in the new lifting device retrofit, the ring service life can be increased by up to three times. As a result, with a 4t/h mill that operates 24h in 28 days per month, the break even point can be reached in less than 5 months - with a 3t/h mill after less than 7 months.
