The Bühler Group offers a variety of apprenticeships in different areas. These include technical, IT-related and commercial professions to meet diverse requirements. Check the relevant location pages to find out which apprenticeships are offered at your location.
Visit our Job Portal and search for the desired country, or filter for "Apprentices" under "Experience". Select the right apprenticeship for you and apply by uploading all the necessary documents online. An initial review of the documents is followed by interviews, which are often supplemented by aptitude tests. Suitable applicants then receive an offer and are invited to sign a contract. They receive all the necessary information at the start of the training program.
In addition to school qualifications, it is also extremely important for Bühler that the prospective apprentices have the interest and motivation for their chosen profession and the industry. They should be willing to continue their education and learn new skills, and they should be able to identify with our "TOP values" - Trust, Ownership and Passion. For technical professions, manual dexterity and technical understanding are also a prerequisite. At some locations, the taster apprenticeship is a prerequisite for an application.
