The air-recycling aspirator MVST removes dust and low-density particles, such as bran particles, from the grain before cleaning. This minimizes deposits on the sieves and ensures a high continuous throughput.
Operational safety is provided by a design which prevents deposits in the dust separation area even if there is a high amount of fine impurities. Unplanned downtime for inspections and cleaning can therefore be reduced.
The airflow control with frequency converters at the machine ensures that up to 90% of the process air can be reused. This reduces energy consumption by up to 15% compared to traditional air-recycling aspiration channels.
With Vitaris, Bühler offers a modular overall system for grain cleaning. The perfectly matched modules ensure maximum efficiency and sanitation at every step of the cleaning process.
Depending on the requirements, the Vitaris cleaning system can be flexibly combined with the separator, the combistoner and/or the air-recycling aspiration channel.
The wear parts can be changed quickly and easily due to its carefully thought-out design. This allows you to maximize your uptime which leads to lower maintenance and operating costs.
When operated with recirculated air, up to 90% less fresh air is required compared to traditional aspiration channels. Using recirculated air also reduces the filtration area, enabling cost savings for your plant.
The central feeder device and direct supply of grain into the air rotation system mean that the MVST only requires a minimum installation height. The well thought-out airflow system ensures continuous, high throughput.
Billions of people come into contact with Bühler technologies to cover their basic needs for food and mobility every day. Our motto is creating “innovations for a better world.” Find out more about our key topics.
