60 seconds in the spotlight
To make Bühler’s diverse career opportunities appealing to a broad audience, our Human Resources team has launched three social media campaigns, supported by Corporate Communications. The result is numerous engaging portraits of leaders providing insight into their activities at Bühler.

The first campaign – “Women in Leadership Positions” – has been running since the beginning of 2024. The various stories are intended to inspire women, in particular, to courageously pursue their paths and showcase the different opportunities available to them at Bühler. We already introduced you to five portraits in Mosaic. In the meantime, two more exciting videos have been added.
At just 23 years old, Sandra Lutz took a leap into the unknown by managing a new Chinese subsidiary of an Austrian company. When the company became part of Bühler in 2017, she remained open, brave, and confident, which paid off. Sandra quickly climbed the career ladder within Bühler and became Bühler’s Global Head of Product and Technology Development. Today, she leads Bühler’s global Wafer Business.
Sushma Eipeson inherited her curiosity for science from her parents. For eleven years, she has been using her knowledge and skills to gain insights from rice processing research and to advance research and development projects with her team. “At Bühler, we are not only shaping rice processing but the future of food science,” she believes. Today, she leads the Research and Training Center in Beilngries, Germany.
The latest campaign puts our IT experts in the spotlight. The goal is to draw attention to the diverse career opportunities in IT at Bühler. Five executives provide insights into their exciting IT roles at Bühler.
Talks about the incredibly important issue of cybersecurity.
Develops and manages digital platforms for customer applications such as myBühler, ProPlant, or Bühler Insights with his team.

The third campaign, “Meet our Leaders,” highlights the exciting career opportunities at Bühler in various regions. Eight executives from around the world provide insights into their daily work and share interesting facts about their region or business.
Cedric Desire NZi is Bühler’s CFO for the Middle East, Africa, and India. “With a highly motivated team, we drive our company’s financial success and help our customers feed the next 1.5 billion people in the region with the right commercial and financial solutions.”
Michael Chin, Regional Service Operations Head for Southeast Asia, spent 50% of his onboarding time at Bühler in South America. He sees great potential for growth in the service business in Southeast Asia.
Andreas Kratzer is Head of Consumer Foods at Bühler. He believes that “the impressive fleet of research and training centers will drive our industry’s business forward by developing future-proof solutions for good food.”
Olivia Enriquez is Managing Director of the Sales & Service Organization in Mexico. “What drives me the most in my daily work is the opportunity to positively impact people’s lives and empower our team members to reach their full potential,” says Olivia.
Robin Lu is Head of Die Casting in China. “I am glad to be part of this great business at Bühler,” says Robin. “Our team is dedicated to developing new technologies that make the world a better place.”
P Chandrasekharan is Head of Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain for the Middle East, Africa, India, and Southeast Asia. What drives him are the highest quality standards and the shortest delivery times at optimal costs.
Ina Klein is Head of Business Excellence and Commercial of the Business Area Value Nutrition. The daily contact with customers from all over the world makes her job fascinating.
Damien Chapelier is Head of Region South America at Bühler. “Great results can only be achieved through great teams,” he believes. “And Bühler South America is such a team.”
