The air-recycling aspiration channel MVSS reliably removes dust and low-density particles in grain with the aid of adjustable airflows. The use of recirculated air and frequency converters significantly reduce energy consumption.
Depending on the requirements, the Vitaris cleaning system can be flexibly combined with the air-recycling aspirator, the separator, and/or the combistoner.
When operated with recirculated air, up to 90% less fresh air is required compared to traditional aspiration channels. Using recirculated air also reduces the filtration area, enabling cost savings for your plant.
The airflow can be adjusted electronically with freely definable settings with a rotary potentiometer. Product-specific airflows can be easily changed directly on the machine or via the plant control system.
