Our airlock module for mill pneumatics MPPA is a modular airlock table that is pre-assembled, tested and can easily be placed quickly and safely directly on top of the sifters or on the cyclone floor.
A flour mill requires several airlock systems for separating conveying air from the product consisting of airlocks, cyclones and air collecting ducts. Until now, these were delivered as single components and assembled on site. But with our airlock module for mill pneumatics, all these components are pre-assembled as one complete module, making the installation on-site up to six times faster.
