A two-stage crushing process with two impact crushers allows you to precisely match the crushing intensity with the specific cocoa bean origin. The first stage crushes gently. The second stage crushes the unopened beans more robustly. You can precisely set the forces depending on the characteristics of the beans in each batch.
You can select between three and seven sieve decks to suit your processing throughput: The compact winnowing systems have 3 sieve decks each, the medium sized ones offer 5 sieve decks and the high throughput ones incorporate 7 sieve decks each.
Separation efficiency can be reproduced and optimized for each origin of beans by up to 9 measurement points and by making breaker speed adjustments.
