The Meincke 2012 dough feeder accurately and continuously feeds dough to a forming machine for products such as cookies and biscuits.
The dough feeder controls the dough volume with a photocell that controls the level of dough in the forming machine. The machine is running constantly with high/low speed to secure an even dough level.
The conveyor length, the angle of the inclined conveyor, the use of a metal detector and other options can all be configured to meet your requirements in regard to available space and latest safety standards.
The design of the dough feeder allows for easy cleaning and maintenance due to parts that can be removed without tools.
The Meincke 2012 is available in standard and heavy-duty versions. High throughputs can be fed reliably through the Meincke 2012 HD (heavy-duty) by two conveyors running at different speeds.
