The Pulverex 3 Series has two side doors so you can quickly change some of the wear parts without opening the top cover. The hydraulic opening system for the cover is available to make maintenance and replacement work easier.
The Pulverex 3 Series pulverizer utilizes the latest technology to achieve the highest throughputs with consistent quality. With the largest machine size, it can produce up to 15 tons per hour, for example grass carp recipe.
Our specially designed classifying impeller and deflector hood significantly reduce air resistance and over-pulverizing, which means low energy consumption per ton of product ground.
The Pulverex 3 Series is a vertical shaft pulverizer driven by a V-belt. The machine combines the feeding, pulverizing and classifying functions. The machine is small and precise with an excellent space-performance ratio. With no screen structure, pulverizing and classifiying are completed at the same time, reducing energy loss caused by over-pulverizing.
With our Pulverex 3 Series pulverizer, you can achieve the fineness you need for various recipes. By changing the frequency of classifying impeller, particle sizes are continuously adjustable during operation, ranging from 60 mesh to 200 mesh. This helps to increase your plant uptime and improve production capacity, contributing to lower overall operating costs.
The optimized Pulverex 3 Series includes a number of innovations. The new design of the classifying impeller promotes discharge of finished products and reduces over-pulverizing.
