The Pulverex 3 Series is a vertical shaft pulverizer driven by a V-belt. The machine combines the feeding, pulverizing and classifying functions. The machine is small and precise with an excellent space-performance ratio. With no screen structure, pulverizing and classifiying are completed at the same time, reducing energy loss caused by over-pulverizing.
With our Pulverex 3 Series pulverizer, you can achieve the fineness you need for various recipes. By changing the frequency of classifying impeller, particle sizes are continuously adjustable during operation, ranging from 60 mesh to 200 mesh. This helps to increase your plant uptime and improve production capacity, contributing to lower overall operating costs.
The optimized Pulverex 3 Series includes a number of innovations. The new design of the classifying impeller promotes discharge of finished products and reduces over-pulverizing. The new deflector hood is designed with hydrodynamics in mind in order to reduce air resistance and energy consumption. The new top cover design improves the success rate of finished products, thus increases capacity.
