The Vitaris combistoner MTCH is a combination of destoner and concentrator. It separates mixed and heavy fractions as well as impurities with a high specific weight. All this with a higher separation performance and minimum space requirements.
Depending on the requirements, the Vitaris cleaning system can be flexibly combined with the air-recycling aspirator and/or the air-recycling aspiration channel. The combistoner can also be compiled with the separator to form a combicleaning system.
Our new combistoner MTCH has an integrated dust separator that is available with fresh-air or air-recycling operation.
The sieves are inserted into the machines quickly and reliably by means of a quick-clamp system. This accelerates sieve removal and replacement of the sieve plate when changing products or during maintenance.
The highest food safety standards are maintained due to stainless steel sieves and FDA-approved plastic parts. The use of nails, felt or plush is completely avoided.
