The Vitaris separator MTRD divides grain from coarse and fine impurities via one coarse and two sand sieve decks. The increased sieve surface is a key driver to the precise separation and to a significantly increased productivity.
Depending on the requirements, the Vitaris cleaning system can be flexibly combined with the air-recycling aspirator and/or the air-recycling aspiration channel. The separator can also be compiled with the combistoner to form a combicleaning system.
The highest food safety standards are maintained due to stainless steel sieves and FDA-approved plastic parts. The use of nails, felt or plush is completely avoided.
The adjustable distribution device in the inlet allows the product to spread evenly across the top coarse screen sieve deck. The following double sand sieve deck intensively screens out sand and seeds from the grain.
