Stefan lives and breathes coffee, and he’s far from alone in his passion for the flavorful beverage. In fact, about 500 billion cups of coffee are consumed every year worldwide. And according to researchers at the Stanford School of Medicine in the US, drinking coffee may help you live longer and protect you from age-related diseases. Four to six cups a day are apparently ideal to reap these benefits. Stefan sometimes drinks 10 to 12… What’s your daily dose and how do you take it?
