Our trough belt conveyor LBBA is designed for efficient conveying at low throughputs. These belt conveyors are mainly used in small to mid-size plants to convey grain and other bulk materials over short distances.
Conveyors featuring trough belts are mainly used in small to mid-size plants. Here, the efficient and flexible conveying of materials across short distances plays an important role. These belt conveyors achieve throughputs of up to 200 tons per hour and are utilized for moving coarse-grained materials and fertilizer across distances of up to 60 meters.
For a long lifetime of this trough belt conveyor, we included a belt scraper to keep the belt clean. Furthermore, the inlets and outlets are lined with Rhino-Hyde, thus offering increased wear protection of parts subjected to high wear and tear.
The trough belt conveyor LBBA features an open design, i.e. the machine is not enclosed by a housing. This guarantees fast and easy installation and maintenance.
