Preparation
We start with an initial meeting and the visual inspection of the line, oven training and the final preparation of the coming days.
Measurement
After the measurement during a full production we cool the oven down and perform mechanical and electrical checks and adjustments, followed by checks of the heated and running oven.
Adjustment of baking profile
Change of the mechanical setting according to the measurement results. Followed by a mechanical and electrical review of the oven.
Finalization
In the final meeting we discuss the findings from the inspection and further optimizations. Additionally, a training of operators and the maintenance team is possible.

We provide you a detailed report, including the documentation of the measurement and recommendations for further optimizations.
