Who we are?

As a branch of an international family-owned company, we base our company culture on family values, which you'll see reflected in our everyday work. We like to maintain friendly and open atmosphere where everyone's input counts. Prague office was established in 2013 and is one of the newest Bühler branches.

Two billion people each day enjoy foods produced on Bühler machinery and one billion passengers travel in cars containing parts produced on our solutions. Since our beginnings, food has always been at the core of our business with 65% of all harvested grain and over 50% of chocolate and wafers worldwide being processed on Bühler machines. At our Prague office you will get to be a part of projects focused mainly on these very sectors - Milling and or Chocolate making. PRE-INTERVIEW

Within a few business days, we will contact you, ask a few questions and answer anything you may be interested in. Afterwards, if your profile is a match with the position, we will schedule an interview with you.

1ST ROUND INTERVIEW

In the first-round interview, we will focus on your expectations, motivation, and your past experience. We will also tell you more about the position and projects you would be working on, our Prague office, and the Bühler Group.

TEST ROUND

After passing the initial round and agreeing on a deadline, we will send you a test, so we can better assess your skills and knowledge. All of the tests are tailored to fit the position you are applying for. Are you up to the challenge?

2ND ROUND INTERVIEW

The second-round interview is focused on two parts - assessing your test results and hard skills, while you will also be asked some behavioral questions so we can assess your fit into the team. We will also introduce you to the people you would be working with.

DECISION

Are you the perfect match? If so, we will present you with an offer. We make sure to respect your time and allow you to make the right decision.
